Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ShoFinance for Mac application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Standard EULA, subject to these Terms.

Your store and credentials

You are responsible for the Shopify store you connect and for authorizing access via Shopify OAuth. ShoFinance requests read-only scopes and never writes to your store. You are responsible for keeping your device and credentials secure and for complying with Shopify's terms and your other providers' terms.

Subscriptions, trial and billing

• ShoFinance offers paid auto-renewable subscriptions: Solo ($9.99/month) and Agency ($29.99/month). Prices may vary by region and are shown at purchase.
• Both plans begin with a 1-week free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the then-current price.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Accuracy and "as is"

ShoFinance presents calculations based on the data your store returns and the costs and settings you enter (such as cost of goods and operating expenses). The figures are provided for informational purposes only and are not accounting, tax, investment or legal advice. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for business, accounting or tax decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShoFinance and WebKoding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the app.

No money movement

The app is read-only by design and does not, and cannot, transfer funds, execute transactions, or modify your store's orders or payment data.

Trademarks

ShoFinance is an independent product by WebKoding and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc., used here only to describe compatibility.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
